MESAEP is an association of scientists hailing mainly from the Mediterranean Countries and engaged in research and development in the field of environmental technology and chemistry as well as ecotoxicology. The objective of the MESAEP is to provide a forum for its members and interested persons from all science disciplines, politics, and economics in order to examine the current problems along with environmental protection in the Mediterranean Region. They shall investigate solutions to these problems on regional, national and international basis. For this purpose, MESAEP does make a critical appraisal of problems concerning the protection of man and the environment in the Med Sea Region from harmful effects of chemicals and physical agents, both natural and anthropogenic ones.
